Investment and Schedules
Most individual coaching contracts are based on a minimum three month commitment. The average time a client works with a coach is between 6 months and a year. Many clients choose to continue even beyond that as they experience the ongoing benefits of coaching.
Coaching is not a quick fix. It is a continuous process, and you will increasingly build more momentum each month. Sessions are typically either 30 minutes or 1 hour long, with the exception of the first session which is usually longer as it involves getting a history and clarifying your issues and goals.
NOTE: Coaching is a tax deductible expense if you own your own business.

Group Coaching – available soon
Group coaching is convenient, affordable, and available via internet or teleconference. It will begin at $99.00 per person/per month and will take place every two weeks for approximately 1.5 hours. Group coaching may be selected with or without individual coaching.
